- Coaching has transformed thousands of clients' lives, what if we can provide these skills to those who are on the front lines?

- Repeating patterns are costly and can be discouraging.
- Need for better strategies to increase length of stay, investment, and motivation.
- Care teams often feel helpless to truly get the client the results they are after.

Our Certified Master Life Coach, Mary Aldrich brings years of experience partnering with non-profit organizations. She personally trains ministry staff and volunteers using targeted belief strategies and practical coaching tools that connect Biblical truths to everyday challenges. Her dynamic practical approach equips teams with skills to help clients achieve long term results.
With 17 years ministry experience, 20 years in education, 10+ years of coaching individuals, and 7 children, Mary used her wealth of experience and perspective to create a unique and successful resource for ministries around the world.
